Achievements were again carved by students of the Medan Area University (UMA), this time Karisma UMA students won 2nd place in the Tax Debate Competition at the University of North Sumatra Fisip, the activity was titled "The Role of Young Generation in Building a Tax Conscious Indonesia".
The event was held as a continuation of USU's FISIP with the Directorate General of Tax (DJP) Kanwil 1 of North Sumatra, which was participated by State and Private Universities in North Sumatra on Monday, April 29, 2019.
PKK Head Ahmad Prayudi, SE, MM, Medan Area University and Kak Jojo participated in the victory of Medan Area University students, Ahmad Prayudi, SE, MM greatly appreciated their winnings that hopefully in subsequent competitions UMA students could achieve superior achievements.
In accordance with the principles of the Rector of the University of Medan Area Prof. Dr. Dadan Ramdan, M.Eng, M.Sc said, "Champion is not important in any way. The important thing is to follow various events to measure achievement. For me, achievement is a fixed price as a gateway to success, "said Prof. Dadan Ramdan.
