Faculty of Psychology, University of Medan Area held a public lecture with the theme "The Role of Psychology and Religion Creating Individuals with Personality and Independence", the event was held on Saturday 30 March 2019 at the Multipurpose Building, Fl. III.7 Campus I University of Medan Area Jl. Pond No.1 Medan Estate.
The event was attended by lecturers and psychology students at the Medan Area University, while the speakers at the public lecture were Dr. Eni Nugrahawati, M.Pd he is a Lecturer at Bandung Islamic University Psychology Study Program.
Public lectures on the theme of Psychology and Religion Creating Individuals with Personality and Independence are branches of the science of psychology and are generally very closely related to human behavior in relation to religious beliefs or beliefs adopted in daily life. Studying human behavior is influenced by religious beliefs and has a positive impact on human relationships or interactions with other humans in social or social life.
The meaning of the psychology of religion is psychology interpreted as a branch of science that discusses or learns about the behavior, psychology, attitudes, mentality, personality and behavior of each individual in relation or interaction with the surrounding social, while religion is a science based on beliefs or inner belief about the creator.
