The Faculty of Psychology, University of Medan Area has carried out Seminars and Workshops on "Preparation of Undergraduate Study Program Curriculum" as the Implementation of Free Learning - Merdeka Campus (MB-KM) on Saturday, April 10, 2021, at the UMA Convention Hall.
This activity was opened by the Deputy Chancellor for Academic Affairs Dr. Ir. Siti Mardianan., M. Si. with the speech "Hopefully the Seminar and Workshop on" Preparation of Undergraduate Study Program Curriculum "as the Implementation of Free Learning - Independent Campus at the Faculty of Psychology hopefully it will run smoothly until the end of the event.
And the next remarks were the Dean of the Faculty of Psychology, UMA Dr. Risydah Fadilah, S.Psi, M.Psi., A psychologist by conveying that you hope that the attending lecturers can provide the best suggestions and input for the UMA Faculty of Psychology curriculum.
The resource persons who attended both online and offline at this activity were Prof. Dr. Khairunnas Rajab, M.Ag as the coordinator for the AP2TPI Sumatra region, Mr. Muhammad Taufik. Fadillah, S. Psi. MM., Psychologist as Stakeholder of PT Pelindo I, Mrs. Vieda Havantri., M. Psi. Psychologist as the Chairperson of the Industrial Psychology Association and Partner Organization of the Faculty of Psychology. Natalia Nainggolan M.Psi ,. Psychologist as a Stakeholder Working at the Mental Hospital Pemprov Medan, Mr. Sunarto., M. Psi. The psychologist as the Alumni of the Faculty of Psychology, University of Medan Area, Mr. Aldo Rihdo Adytia Lubis as the Stakeholder of the UPT SMP N-I. Nafril Nazieb is the Stakeholder of the President of the HR Community, and lecturers at the Faculty of Psychology, Medan Area University.
The first resource person was Prof. Dr. Khairunnas Rajab, M.Ag, who delivered the material "Discussion of Curriculum and Preparation of the MBKM Curriculum online.
The second resource person, Mr. Muhammad Taufik. Fadillah, S. Psi. MM., A psychologist who delivered the material "what are soft skills & hard skills that must be possessed by graduates of the uma psychology faculty, especially in the field of human resources".
Third Resource Person Ms. Vieda Havantri., M. Psi. A psychologist who delivered the material "what should be possessed by UMA psychology faculty graduates, especially in the fields of organization and industry".
The fourth resource person is Mrs. Natalia Nainggolan M.Psi, Psychologists convey material "types and activities that are emphasized especially in psychology courses in the clinical field".
The fifth speaker, Mr. Aldo Rihdo Adytia Lubis, delivered the material "what should be possessed by a graduate of the uma psychology faculty, especially in the field of educational psychology".
The sixth resource person was Drs. Nafril Nazieb conveyed the material "goals that must be possessed by psychology faculty graduates, especially in the industrial sector".
The next program is carried out ba'da zuhur (rest) until 13.30. namely the preparation of the curriculum in the book by the Dean of the Faculty of Psychology at Uma by providing directions to the curriculum compilation team.
The Curriculum Development Team has 5 sections, namely, the Child and Developmental Psychology Section, the Industrial and Organizational Psychology Section, the Educational Psychology Section, the Clinical Psychology Section, and the Psychology Faculty Practicum Section.
Seminar activities and workshops on "Preparation of Undergraduate Study Program Curriculum" as the Implementation of Free Learning - Merdeka Campus has also been at the end of the event and closed by the Dean of the Faculty of Psychology, Uma, saying "Thank you very much to the entire curriculum drafting team"
