The continuation of the Medan Area University Internal Auditor Training activities carried out by the UMA Quality Assurance Agency has arrived at the end of the day, namely the 2nd session in a series of activities, on the second day this was held on Tuesday, March 30, 2021, at the Convention Hall 1st floor of the Chancellor's Bureau Building at 09.00 - 17.00 WIB. on the second day attended by the Chancellor Prof. Dr. Dadan Ramdan M.Eng, M.Sc, Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs Dr. Ir. Hj. Siti Mardiana, MSi, Prof. Dr. Ir. Hj. Retna Astuti Kuswardani as the 2nd resource person and Director of Postgraduate UMA, MS, Quality Assurance Agency (LPM) functionaries, and activity participants who were present on the first day before.
On the second day, the participants were given an explanation of the Internal Quality Audit Theory, Internal Quality Audit Planning Theory, and Internal Quality Audit Implementation Theory, presented by the second resource person in this case Prof. Dr. Ir. Hj. Retna Astuti Kuswardani, after the presentation of the material, the audit group was divided and the audit implementation explained. 23 Participants who attended were divided into 6 groups and each group was given 2 types of standards to be audited and different auditees. This is done before the participants carry out the Document Audit Exercise and the Audit Visit Exercise, which is intended for participants to understand and know and feel how the audit was carried out.
Then the activity continued after a break at 1:00 p.m. with the material of the preparation of audit reports and the presentation of the results of the Internal Quality Audit by each group in front of Mr. Chancellor Prof. Dr. Dadan Ramdan M.Eng, M.Sc, Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs Dr. Ir. Hj. Siti Mardiana, MSi, in this case, the participants received input in terms of what kind of questions should be given, the source of the data obtained. and the contents of the statements in the results of the Internal Quality Audit Report made by the prospective internal auditors in this training.
Then continued with the Post-test and group photos, with this the Internal Auditor Training for the University of Medan Area which was held for 2 days and it is hoped that participants can pass with good results so that they can become Internal Auditors of the Medan Area University.
