SEM Analysis Training Using AMOS and Improving Hi Index, which was held at the computer laboratory campus II of the University of Medan Area on Friday, December 20, 2019, was opened by the Dean of the Faculty of Economics & Business, Mr. "Dr. Ihsan Effendi, M.Si ”he conveyed the importance of this training, that Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is a statistical technique used to build and test statistical models which are usually in the form of causal models. SEM is actually a hybrid technique that includes confirmatory aspects of factor analysis, path analysis and regression which can be considered as a special case in SEM.
