The Faculty of Psychology, University of Medan Area held an Online Talk Show - Building Trust Is Important "Life Is A Struggle - Be Sure, Who's Afraid!" which was held on Saturday, January 16, 2021, at the Medan Area University Zoom & Youtube Application.
On this occasion, as a speech and the speakers present were the Rector of the University of Medan Area, Prof. Dr. Dadan Ramdan M.Eng, M.Sc, moderator Mrs. Merri Hafni, S.Psi, M.Psi as a lecturer at the Faculty of Psychology, Resource Persons Dra. Mustika Tarigan, M.Psi, a Psychologist, Lecturer at the Faculty of Psychology, and Ahmad Prayoga, a Motivator and Painter.
The remarks from the Rector of the University of Medan Area, Prof. Dr. Dadan Ramdan, M.Eng, M.Sc. said that this talk show is very important to build trust because life is a struggle to be more confident, whoever is afraid, according to the title that was delivered on the Talk Show Online this time.

"I hope that because this is a Talk Show there should be more dialogue for students and actively ask the speakers about how the younger siblings build self-confidence and prepare how their children enter the world of higher education," said the Chancellor.
With the holding of online talk shows due to a pandemic, even though they are not facing to face, hopefully, the students will remain active and enthusiastic about learning.
Furthermore, there was a speech from the Vice Dean Bid. Academic Faculty of Psychology Laili Alfita, S.Psi, MM, M.Psi, Psychologist said thank you to the students who have attended this Talk Show from all over Indonesia, some from Makassar, Yogyakarta, etc. I thank you. As for the sentence on the theme that was delivered, namely, Building Self-Confidence is Important, this sentence is an inspiration that we must always believe in the potential we have and also the abilities we have because no one is perfect.

"Life needs color, so if it is different, it is not beautiful. Whatever the potential is, it is not a disaster but it is something extraordinary," said Mrs. Laili.
The Faculty of Psychology, University of Medan Area invites the younger siblings who attend this online talk show to get up and make sure that you are the best for everyone.
The next event was presented by the resource person, Mrs. Dra. Mustika Tarigan, M.Psi said that the title of the theme, Pede, is indeed something very, very psychological and it is very necessary.
"All of you have to be confident and have more confidence to be something extraordinary," said Mrs. Mustika Tarigan.

Furthermore, the talkshow program was continued by Ahmad Prayoga, a Motivator, and Painter, who at this time told how the conditions in the past and present must continue to rise and continue to be even more active despite any conditions.
Furthermore, Ahmad Prayoga created a logo for the University of Medan Area, with his physical limitations not hindering his creativity, which currently uses his mouth to draw.
